It is entirely possible that I may never have the opportunity to set foot on French soil.
I mean, its totally on my to do list, bucket list, 100 places to visit before I die list, etc. But I certainly don’t see it happening in the foreseeable future. With a healthy mortgage requiring a good bit of sacrifice, 3 boys, team uniforms (x3), braces (x3), college tuitions (x3)…are you seeing a pattern? I’m not whining…promise. Just stating the facts. Perhaps someday when this stage of life is over and done.
For now there’s a small little corner in my “dining room” that’s bringing just a little bit of France right to me…
