Oh my word.
Yesterday was quite a day. For starters, I got to hang out with two other amazing Tucson bloggers, Becca and Karen. Becca and I even got to share in some Cheesecake Factory goodness.
But the coup de gråce?
Well.

We got to spend two hours at the best little boutique in Tucson Mall, DownEast Basics. We went to try on, pick out, and mix and match for our quickly approaching trip to Blissdom. But we didn’t just go and grab a bunch of things off the rack…no no. We pretty much had our own personal shoppers in the sales associates. They were amazing. So creative and helpful and patient with us.
So much to choose from…

They helped us step out of our comfort zone, yet still accentuate our…assets (ahem…).

How cute is Karen in these jeans!?
What more can a girl ask for? Not much.

The Tucson store hasn’t been open long…just since May 2011. If you’re a woman, like clothes and looking cute but modest, and dont like to spend a bundle, you need to drop in and pay them a visit. They’ll definitely take care of you.
And if you “Like” DownEast on Facebook, you’ll get notified every Tuesday on the “Deal of the Day”. On top of the other great clearance items, you can really get some great deals both online and off.
I cant wait to share more…so stay tuned!
DownEast Basics, along with Angie’s Kettle Corn, is one of my sponsors for Blissdom. I was provided with several articles of clothing in exchange for this post as well as other exposure. All opinions are mine, as always.

I had SO much fun!! I still LOVE that ruffle tank on you…
