I don’t know about you, but I just love the Bloggy Giveaway Carnival that Melanie puts on every quarter. She does such a great job of organizing, promoting and providing such a fun even for bloggers and non-bloggers alike. So thanks, Melanie. 
This is my second go around with the Bloggy Giveaway Carnival and in honor of launching my new site, I am giving away a custom blog banner design (and matching background, if desired) and a mommy/business card design to the winner. Last quarter, I had the privilege of working with Audrey on her blog, Today’s Parent.
To enter, please leave a comment here by Friday, January 30 by 12:00 a.m. (MST).
Now for the fine print.
- This giveaway IS open to international readers…since there is no shipping involved.
- Please leave a meaningful comment. Comments like “Win” or “Pick me” or “I want this” will certainly not “win”, “be picked” or “get that”. I need a little more effort than that. Only one entry per person.
- The winner will be selected randomly using random.org.
- One comment per person…or Twitter about it and get an additional entry (indicate you twittered in your 2nd comment.)
- Please provide a valid email address so I can contact you if you win. I will contact the winner via email and that person will have 72 hours to claim their prize. After that, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Giveaway will include one full design draft with two rounds of modifications. Sorry. I know I’m being a meanie, but I have to set boundaries, according to Dr. Phil.

I absolutely love my blog. It’s such a great way for me to stay in touch with my friends I’ve left when we moved away and to make new cyber friends as well. However, it is rather dull…I switched to a three panel blog and have never really spruced it up. A new header would be great.
And mommy business cards would be great for play dates and to get more moms to join my mom’s group (myomahamommies.com)

I currently have two blogs–one for my family with pics of the kids, and one that is a ‘catchall’ for my hobbies (sewing, cooking, reading, surfing the internet)…I could use something more than a standard design! But what I really love are the mommy cards. I came across them recently somewhere, and I really want some cards that say LFinn, mom of Girl and Boy! Thanks for the giveaway.
I usually design my own banners with CS2 but truthfully I’m not that talented. My blog has a pretty cool name (well at least I think so), SugarBritches. It would be great to have a super chic banner to go with.

This is such a fun giveaway! It’s extra exciting to me too because I just got my blog up and running this month!! My husband has been away for a year and a week (yes, I’m counting) in the military and between working full time, tending to our three year old, and all the crazy stuff in between…I never thought I’d get it done! Still not sure how to make my blog catchy. I am really interested in the mommy cards. I just got one from mom I met at a birthday party and thought it was awesome. Had all her info.Easy to keep and store and I made noted on the back of it.
Actually, I am not entering this for myself. I have a friend who would love to have her blog redesigned. She even asked for help on her blog. She’s a busy working (out of the house) mom who has been an inspiration to me. She gave me the strength and the courage to do something very special. Go to China to adopt our little girl. She and her husband will always have a special place in my heart.
